DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (WITHIN INDIA)
- Orders above ₹999 qualify for free delivery within India.
- A delivery charge of ₹150 is applicable for orders below ₹1000.
- Taxes are included in the product prices listed on our website for domestic deliveries.
- We aim to deliver all domestic orders within 3-4 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email with shipment details for tracking. In case of non-receipt of the shipment email, customers can contact our customer care service for assistance.
- We do not ship items prohibited by courier companies, including but not limited to animals or animal products, bullion, currency, firearms, and illegal narcotics.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (OUTSIDE INDIA)
- Orders above ₹25000 enjoy free international shipping.
- For orders below ₹25000, a fixed shipping fee of ₹3500 is applicable, added during checkout.
- For international deliveries, customs duties and local taxes imposed by the destination country’s customs department are payable by customers to our shipping partner upon delivery.
- The amount of duties and taxes depends on the customs policies of the destination country.
- We aim to deliver all international orders within 6-8 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Similar to domestic orders, customers will receive an email with shipment details upon dispatch for tracking. In case of non-receipt, customers can contact our customer care service for assistance.
