1. General Policy: We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, as a standard company protocol across all direct point of sales, Ashish Kumar Couture does not endorse any return or exchange policy for both domestic and international orders, whether off the rack or made to order.
2. Exceptions: Exceptions are made in the following exceptional scenarios:
- If the merchandise received is not in good condition, damaged, or defective.
- In case of an irreparable technical issue with an altered or ordered piece, such as sizing discrepancies, fabric covering issues, color mismatches, or length problems.
- If there has been an unprecedented delay in your order delivery, and Ashish Kumar Couture has not notified you within one week from the order date.
3. Process for Exceptions: In all the above scenarios, the client must notify us about the issue via email within 24 hours of receiving the outfit, along with clear images of the problem areas. However, it is only after receiving acknowledgment from Ashish Kumar Couture that you may send the outfit back to us for necessary corrective actions. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted without authorization.
4. Return and Exchange Decision: Upon receiving the outfit, the sole discretion of accepting the return and/or exchange of the rejected piece lies with Ashish Kumar Couture, based on timelines and quality assessment. The decision will be communicated within 2-3 business days.
5. Credit Notes: All approved returns and/or exchanges are given in the form of Credit Notes with a maximum validity of 6 months. These Credit Notes are redeemable solely at Ashish Kumar Couture’s website or any flagship stores across Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata. Please note that Credit Notes are issued for the MRP amount only and do not include shipping, duties, or tax amounts.
6. Discounted Outfits and Third-party Purchases:
- No returns or exchanges are allowed on discounted outfits.
- All returns or exchanges are allowed only for Ashish Kumar Couture outfits bought from our own website and flagship stores.
7. Order Cancellation Policy: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. In the event of a cancellation, the full payment (100%) will be forfeited as the cancellation fee. Our brand’s policy does not include the provision of refunds.
